Project governance

FiBL will coordinate the project and be responsible for the administration, scientific guidance, planning and monitoring of the proper and timely implementation by project partners as well as the financial management and controlling. FiBL will make bilateral agreement with the individual project partners where local partners. FiBL will report to the supporters and will install and consult an Advisory Board (AB) headed by OCA. The supporters, i.e. OCA and Mercator Foundation Switzerland, will be represented in the AB to ensure that the project meets expectations and milestones and will elaborate on additional funding.
